We recognize and respect your need for privacy and security as you visit our site. If you provide us with your email address, we reserve the right to contact you via email at your email address with your registration status for any of our courses, upcoming courses, important information, or newsletters that we believe that you might find of interest. Except as otherwise provided in accordance with our Sharing Profile Information Policy, we limit access to your personal information only to our employees who we believe reasonably need to know to fulfill your request, to respond to your inquiries, or to do their jobs and we do not sell, rent or share your personal information.

 

If you have submitted to us your contact information and you want to “opt-out” from receiving future mailed or emailed communication from us, you can at any time simply notify us at our address below by mail or email and write “Please remove me from all future mailings and email.”

 

When you submit personally identifying information via one of our account set up or purchase forms, that information is also encrypted, or scrambled, by your browser before it is transmitted back to our web site. This effectively prevents anyone from intercepting and reading any personal information about you. Note that this encryption does not take place if you send us email, but only when you use your web browser with one of our site’s forms.
