Refund Policy
Refunds are granted only if written notification is received seven (7) business days prior to a given course. EEC Institute Continuing Dental Education Programs cannot be responsible for the refund of any part of the tuition as a result of emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond its control.

Courses may include subject matter of an experimental and/or controversial nature. This material is offered to the professionals for educational and informational purposes. EEC Institute reserves the right to cancel any course, limit enrollment, modify the announced course content, or change the location, time and date.
Weather Emergencies
On rare occasions, inclement weather will necessitate cancellation of courses for that day only.
Clinic Patients
For courses involving hands on participation, patients are provided by the participants. All patients accepted for treatment must be registered and will be charged the fee for the surgical treatment.
